Who We Are

YEG Givers Support Centre Ltd is a community-driven, not-for-profit organization based in Edmonton, Alberta. We provide essential services for individuals and families experiencing hardship—including newcomers, low-income households, and those facing crisis.

Our Story

YEG Givers was born from years of grassroots community work led by our Founder, Fadipe.O, and Co-Founder, Toyosi.O. What began as quiet, underground support for vulnerable individuals has grown into a formal support centre committed to equity, dignity, and hope.

Our Vision

A thriving, empowered community where everyone has access to the support, resources, and opportunities they need to live with dignity and purpose.

Our Mission

To provide compassionate, inclusive, and accessible support services that uplift individuals and families through community engagement, mental wellness, and basic needs support.

About Fadipe.O – CEO & Founder.

Fadipe.O is a compassionate leader, community advocate, and the Founder and CEO of YEG Givers Support Centre Ltd, established in 2025. Before launching the organization, Fadipe worked underground for several years, offering informal support to individuals and families facing hardship. These behind-the-scenes efforts—rooted in empathy and a deep understanding of community needs—eventually gave rise to YEG Givers, a formal platform designed to provide essential resources, emotional support, and empowerment. Fadipe holds a solid educational background in social sciences and human services, complemented by extensive professional experience in community outreach, non-profit work, and frontline support roles. This unique combination of academic knowledge and real-world service has equipped Fadipe with the tools to lead with both heart and strategy. With a passion for equity and inclusion, Fadipe continues to champion accessible support systems and inspire a culture of giving throughout Edmonton and beyond. Through YEG Givers, Fadipe empowers others to become change-makers in their communities, one act of kindness at a time.
